The career selection test is the Aguilar-Resto Career Indicator ARCI© which is a psychological measurement instrument scientifically designed to assess an individual’s vocational interests. ARCI© was developed by AR Associate Counselors, Inc. under the tenants of Dr. John Holland’s R-I-A-S-E-C theory. This theory divides the work environment into six types: Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising and Conventional.
