What is the career path for cabin crew?
There are four levels of career progression you can look forward to as Cabin Crew. New recruits starting out as a Flight Steward / Stewardess can look forward to promotions to Leading to Chief Steward/ Stewardess and finally Inflight Supervisors. With each promotion, the crew will be trained to undertake new responsibilities and be role model to guide and mentor junior crew. A tailored training path is also in place for our crew at each stage of their career progression.
