What is the Card Slot for on the front of my STB?

For this product, nothing. The same STB case was used on a range of different LEGEND products, some of which were satellite receivers needing a decoder card. But it has no use on the LSD2, and in fact the card reader is not in the STB, there is only the slot at the front of the unit.
