What is the CaptiveStats Indicator?
The CaptiveStats Indicator is our unique way of telling you quickly how comprehensive the data on a particular captive insurance company is. If we are able to determine the existence of a captive insurance company, who manages it, the parent or sponsor name, a registration number/date, and what industry the parent company or sponsor predominantly serves, the CaptiveStats Indicator will be five stars. When gaps in the data exist, then the indicator will be one or more stars less than our highest indicator.
