What is the capacity of the nowHIRE system?
Web capacity: The nowHIRE web-based systems can handle an unlimited number of users. We use a burstable connection to the Internet in an environment that has an OC-48 connection. Because the system is scaleable, additional capacity can be easily added. Telephone capacity (IVR): nowHIRE has access to 672 telephone lines using a DS-3 connection. This equates to over 8,000 5-minute phone calls per hour. Because the system is scaleable, additional capacity can be easily added.
