Those who battle cancer are heroes in the war on cancer. Whether living or deceased they are symbols of courage and hope to us all. Like The Cancer Monument the Cancer Hero Walk of Hope will honor those heroes. Our 386 heroes obtained from fundraising efforts conducted for The Cancer Monument project will have their names inscribed in the walkway. They will serve as symbolic ambassadors to forever represent the millions of people worldwide who battle cancer past, present and future. A brick will be dedicated to the Unknown Hero and another to Our Animal Friends who also battle cancer. The walkway will also include informational kiosks, health information to inspire positive personal changes and inspirational quotes to uplift.
