What is the Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy?

You may cancel (and receive a full refund) or reschedule your class at no additional fee if the request is made at least 14 days before the class start date. You may reschedule or cancel a class within 10-13 days of the start date for a $50 fee. No changes are allowed less than 10 days before the class start date. All requests for cancellation or rescheduling must be made in writing (or via e-mail to davidfsmith4@comast.net) to the NMMSP Administrative Office at: NMMSP 4811 B-2 Hardware Dr. Albuquerque, NM 87109 Unfortunately, we cannot accept voice mail messages for these requests because we cannot guarantee that we will receive the voice mail. These policies are designed to keep student fees as low as possible and to provide training to as many students as we can.
