For public exam candidates the rule we have is: – No charge for cancellation up to two weeks before the exam date. – 50% charge for cancellation from 2 weeks up until 3days before the exam date – 100% charge within 3days.

A. If for some reason you are not satisfied with our program, you may cancel and receive a full refund as long as you have not completed the entire program.

In the unlikely event that a student is unable to complete the program, cancellation of their enrollment shall be granted. Students will be entitled to a full refund of their program tuition if cancellation occurs within 72 hours of enrollment. After 72 hours, the student will be entitled to receive a partial refund, equivalent to 50% of their paid tuition fee. Special circumstances may apply and will be considered by the managing body of Alabama Online Defensive Driving on a per-case basis.
