What Is The Cancellation Policy?
Students needing to cancel a class must provide at least five business days advance notice. Students who fail to comply with the above policy will be charged without refund. Students who fail to attend a class for which they are enrolled will be charged full price without refund. If the registered participant is unable to attend the course, a substitute is welcome to take their place using their login credentials.
little sprout imaging has a fair and flexible cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment for any reason, we ask that you give us 48 hours notice. little sprout imaging reserves the right to charge a $40 fee for clients who cancel less than 48 hours prior to their appointments. If we can fill your appointment time there will be no charge. We also reserve the right to charge the full package value for clients who fail their appointments without any notification whatsoever. We appreciate your cooperation.
