What Is The Cancellation Policy?
If you cancel prior to the units being shipped from our location, there is no charge. However, if the units are shipped the fees cannot be credited back due to cancellation whether or not you use the equipment. This policy is a change from the past since some clients were abusing our more liberal policy.
If you need to reschedule your inspection, please call our office at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $95 charge. If you are purchasing a new construction home, you or your agent should make sure the utilities are on at least 24 hours before your inspection is scheduled. This usually means visiting the home to confirm all utilities are working. On-site agents and builders have many homes to keep track of and do not check to make sure everything is complete for the inspection.
A $25 cancellation fee will apply on all cancellations made on or before May 15, 2009. In addition, any registrant required to pay the $100 membership fee will have that fee applied toward a new or renewed SID annual membership. This membership fee is non-refundable. No refunds will be made on cancellations received after May 15, 2009 or for non-attendance, but copies of the appropriate conference publications will be mailed upon request.
