What Is The Cancellation Policy?
Cancellation Policy for Government, Municipal and Health Programs To cancel your registration you must inform Executive Education and Lifelong Learning in writing at executiveeducation@ualberta.ca or via fax at 780-492-1432. Your department will be billed for cancellations received 15 working days or less prior to the commencement of a module. Exceptions from the cancellation policy will be considered if an eligible replacement is found no less than five (5) working days prior to the start of the module. In the case of an unforeseeable circumstance, such as funeral or jury duty, please inform Executive Education and Lifelong Learning in writing before the start of the module. If you need to appeal an invoice, written documentation must be submitted to Executive Education and Lifelong Learning.
When booking an appointment, you are reserving my time to be exclusively with you and to avail yourself of my expertise and knowledge. If you are unable to make a scheduled appointment, I ask for 24 hours notice of cancellation. Unless the cancellation is due to serious illness or other extenuating circumstances, the full session fee is applied. No shows will be charged the full session fee plus $25.00. This policy applies to analytic and astrological sessions.
All cancellations must be received in writing or via email to Leigh Anne Fagin by May 12, 2008. Refunds, minus a $100 processing fee, will be processed after the conference. Conference fees cannot be refunded for cancellations after May 12, but can be applied toward a future conference. Please note that you are responsible for payment if you do not cancel and do not attend.
