What is the cancellation policy? What happens if I crash?
As with all outdoor events this is rain or shine. There are no refunds for weather related incidents unless an act of god prohibits us from conducting the event. In those cases a makeup event will scheduled. There are no cancellations but riders may sell their spot with prior written approval from Southern Track days. Crashing sometimes happens in these events and after a crash the bike has to be inspected to ensure that it is safe to ride. If your bike is not safe then you will not be permitted to continue. We do not provide refunds or gift certificates to riders that crash out.
