What is the cancellation policy if I need to cancel?
If you need to cancel your reservation, you must cancel within 48 hours of the date and time you made your reservation and we will be glad to assist you with no cancellation fee, unless the reservation is being made within 72 hours / (3 Days) of the arrival date a cancel fee will be charged. For cancellations made after the 48 hour grace period, a $40 cancellation fee will be charged and the balance of your trip cost will be credited back to you within 7 days. If you cancel your reservation within 72 hours / (3 days) of the arrival date you will be charged the standard $40.00 cancel fee plus an additional fee of 1 night’s room charge at the additional night room rate. The remaining balance of your trip cost will be credited back to you within 7 days.
