A. You may cancel your Membership at any time. The Video Game Club’s offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. A new Member may cancel within 15 days of joining, and will entitled to a 100% refund of registration and subscription fees. After 15 days, a Member can cancel at any time and no further charges, if applicable, will be made to their credit card. You can view our entire cancellation policy, in Section 9 of our Policies and Procedures.
