What is the cancellation policy for the conference?
To cancel your reservation for the 2011 OMS Users’ Conference and receive a full refund for your registration fees, you must notify us by fax or email prior to end of business day on January 17th, 2011. Please include your practice account number, practice name, contact number, and the name of the individual who is cancelling his or her reservation at the conference. Any cancellation requests received after the January 17th deadline will not receive a refund for registration fees.
