Jenzabar has the right to cancel a Pre-Conference session should there be fewer than five registrations. Any possible Pre-Conference session cancellations will be determined by April 29, 2011. At that time, Jenzabar will notify registrants and provide a refund for the Pre-Conference session. The JAM cancellation policy applies to Pre-Conference Seminars and Labs. There will be no refunds due to weather or other travel delays.
