What is the cancellation policy for overnight Lodging Accomodations?
We do our best to meet our clients needs. Groups can choose to have Lodging held on a Group Master Account at Lake Raystown Resort. If a Group Master List is submitted there is greater flexibility. Our general cancellation policy for individual reservations is Cancellations received more than 90 days prior to the scheduled arrival will receive an 80% refund, Cancellations received 89-31 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund, and Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival or early check-outs will not receive a refund.
