A $225 cancellation fee applies to all cancelled Summit registrations. Please contact MedicalInnovationSummit@ccf.org for cancellation refund processing. Cancellations must be received by September 1, 2011. The Event Organizer reserves the right to issue refunds for unavoidable circumstances solely at its discretion. No refunds will be processed after September 1, 2011.
