What is the cancellation policy for ITW 2011?
Attendee Passes: A full refund will be issued if cancellations are received by TelCap Ltd in writing 21 days before the event (before Monday 2 May 2011). We regret that no refunds can be given after that date. If no cancellation notice is received, invoiced amounts will be payable in full regardless of whether or not the delegate attends the event. A substitute delegate is always welcome at no extra cost. Bilateral Tables: A full refund will be issued if cancellations are received in writing 28 days before the event (before Monday 25 April 2011). We regret that no cancellations will be accepted or refunds given after this date. Invoiced amounts will be payable in full. For sponsorship, meeting rooms and exhibit booths cancellation terms and conditions, please refer to your ITW 2011 contract.
