If you decide to cancel your booking we must be notified via e-mail only (please remember to quote booking reference number). The following scale of charges will be applied, depending on when the notification of cancellation is received. a) More than 10 days prior to the check-in date (or cancellation deadline date): 20 USD or 20 EUR or 15 GBP administration fee (depending on the published rate of your booking). b) 10 days or less before check-in date: 1 night’s accommodation charge. c) No cancellation of the reservation and (or) no checking in at the confirmed hotel: 1 night’s accommodation for each room. d) Cancellation after the check-in date (or cancellation deadline date) STRICTLY NO REFUNDS due to hotel policy. e) Any refund will cause a bank fee of 5.35%.
