Except for group reservations, all cancellations made prior to 6pm on the day before check-in to receive a full refund. Group leaders must cancel individual group sites two weeks prior to arrival in order to receive a refund. In order to cancel an entire group reservation, written notice of the cancellation must be received from the group leader at least 30 days prior to check-in to receive a refund.
