What is the cancellation deadline for seminars?
If attendees need to cancel or reschedule, notice must be received in writing 15 business days prior to the start date of the seminar without penalty. Registrants can opt for a one-time seminar transfer credit, valid for 6 months. Cancellation for refund will result in a $200 administrative fee and be refunded by check to the company, not an individual. A substitute attendee can be designated one week prior to the seminar start date. “No-shows” will forfeit registration fees.
