The cancellation policy is whatever we have specified in the online terms and conditions which you must read and agree to before finalizing your internet reservation. Our normal cancellation policy is 2 days before arrival i.e. 48 hours however, this may be extended during busy periods and fairs therefore it is best to read the online terms and conditions which are also printed on your online confirmation form which should have been sent to you by email.
