What is the cancellation and substitution policy for the EAUC?
Conference cancellations received by Monday, March 4, 2008, are eligible for a 100% refund of the conference fee paid. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after March 4, 2008. Hotel cancellation policies may apply. There is no charge for name change substitutions within your organization. Please email your substitution requests to Jennifer Buchli at jennifer.buchli@esker.com no later than Monday, March 31, 2008. If any circumstance beyond the control of Esker causes the cancellation of the event, Esker agrees to refund the registration fee for which Esker is reimbursed by insurance or any other third party and shall not be liable for any of the refund or payment arising from the cancellation or for other liabilities or damages arising from the event. No refunds shall be provided for cancelled entertainment or outings due to inclement weather.
