What is the cancellation and return rule applied for U class (promotion) tickets?
30% of total price is received for the cancellation made from the time of issue of the ticket until the departure time of the scheduled flight. The passengers who do not complete baggage and check-in procedure until 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time forfeit all their rights concerning that flight. Service fee (SF) is not refunded.
