In case of cancellation the fee (less the non-refundable $50 deposit) is refundable if notification is received in writing 30 days prior to your child arriving at camp.

All deposits are non-refundable / non-transferable. Additionally, all money paid after February 1st is non-refundable. Any roster changes made after May 1st are non-refundable.

The booking fee and deposit are non-refundable. You may cancel your booking up to 5pm on 29th May 2009. After this you will be expected to pay for the entire period booked. To cancel your booking please e-mail vacations@lse.ac.uk. There are no refunds for early departures. For full terms and conditions click here.

Full refund, less a $100 cancellation fee, until Sunday, March 1st, 2009. No refund after Sunday, March 1st, 2009.

We hope you will not need to cancel. In case of cancellation, the policy is: 1) up to three weeks before event, full registration fees (less charges) 2) up to one week before event, 70 % (less charges). Cancellation must be in written. Authors’ registration fees can NOT be refunded.
