What is the cancellation and refund policy of the hotel after I pay?
The Cancellation Policy for each individual hotel is unlikely to be the same and can be varied depending upon the season. In every e-mail confirmation, we will notify you of the cancellation policy in case you have to cancel your booking after you make the payment. Please take note of this cancellation policy carefully since some hotel may not impose any penalty charge if cancelled X number of days before the arrival date, while some only 1 night, and while some – ALL. We are fair and square! The remaining amount after being subjected to cancellation charges will be refunded back to you by your credit card, bank draft or bank transfer.
