What is the cancellation and refund policy for the camp?
• Due to the nature and timing of the program, no refunds for non-attendance or cancellation can be offered. • Can I request autographs while at the camp? • An autograph session will be scheduled as part of the camp program. All requests for autographs should be held till that session. • Can students leave camp or leave early from camp? • Every session is an important part of the program, however if a student has a prior commitment (e.g. soccer game) then you may leave camp. Campers will only be able to leave with properly identified parent or guardian. There are no refunds or partial refunds for early departure. Please be sure to advise the camp staff if an early departure is planned. • Should students bring snacks and drinks? • All attendees are urged to bring a water bottle for use during the camp; however students can bring appropriate snacks and sport drinks as they want.
