What is the cancellation and refund policy for my Travel Institute Conference registration?
*Cancellations for The Travel Institute Conference must be sent directly to The Travel Institute. Please email the staff at The Travel Institute Conference directly: Carla Smith, csmith@thetravelinstitute.com or Steven Coy, scoy@thetravelinstitute.com. *Cancellations are by written request only and apply to the policy in effect on the date the notification is received in the Travel Institute Registration Department. *Cancellations postmarked on or before August 29, 2008, are fully refundable, however they are subject to a $10 processing fee. Please allow four (4) weeks for processing of documents. *Cancellations received after August 29, 2008 are non-refundable.
