What is the cancellation and refund policy for my Luxury Travel Expo registration?
*Cancellations are by written request only and apply to the policy in effect on the date the notification is received in the Luxury Travel Expo Registration Department. *Cancellations postmarked on or before August 29, 2008, are fully refundable, however they are subject to a $10 processing fee. Please allow four (4) weeks for processing of documents. *Cancellations received after August 29, 2008 are non-refundable. *Special offers with a discounted registration rate can ONLY be applied to new registrations. No refunds will be issued if you are currently registered. Special offers cannot be combined.
