A refund, minus your non-refundable, non-transferable of $25 for half day programs and $50 for full day programs, will be issued if the cancellation request is received at least 4 weeks before your confirmed camp session. No refunds will be issued after that time, unless there is a serious medical issue. Please note that the zoo also does not offer rain checks.
