What is the camera inhibit switch used for?
The camera inhibit switch prevents the camera from taking a picture when the board is powered on and motion is sensed. It becomes quite useful while you are setting up the system. The switch is intended to be mounted on the outside of the game camera enclosure for easy access while it is mounted to a tree. After you have the trail monitor positioned exactly where you want it, turn the switch on and leave the area. It is important to turn the camera inhibit switch OFF when you turn off power to the unit.
