Solution: What is the Calyx Seamless Interface? Calyx Seamless Interface is a easier way of getting your online applications into the Calyx software. Please note that you will need version 5.0 to use this feature. The first step in setting up this feature is by setting the Auto File Naming feature on in Calyx. Please click on Utilities and then Auto File Naming then select Prospect. (This will only need to be set once.) Then check off the box for Enable Auto File Naming and click the OK button. You are now ready to start using the Seamless Interface. Access your leads by going to your Admin Center and login>then place mouse on leads at the top navigation> then select Applications from the drop-down menu. Once you locate the lead you want to download, click on Download File Next click on Start Seamless Download Click on the Run button when you get the file download window.
