• The Call Schedule table is where scheduled call information is stored. • Each call that is rescheduled for a later time has a corresponding entry stored in this table. • When the call is placed, the entry is removed. • Status is a VarChar type with a max length of 50.The statuses which are available for scheduled records are: S – Scheduled callback R – Rescheduled call Rescheduled calls are scheduled calls that have matured, however the agent the calls were destined for is not available or logged into a campaign. The calls will be rescheduled for a time in the future.
