What is the Cal Rec Club Refund/Cancellation Policy?
The back of the membership contract states: “Contract cancellation requests must be made to the Cal Rec Club within 72 hours after joining (not including holidays). Full refunds will be made provided request is approved and Cal Rec Club membership card and all other passes and permits have been returned to the Cal Rec Club office. Beyond 72 hours, no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be permitted. Long-Term Members require a six-month minimum contract and must give 30-day advance written notice in order to cancel or suspend membership.
