What is the Caffè Nero online customer panel?
It is an online member panel that customers can join to tell us what they think and feel about Caffè Nero. We will ask panel members to complete short surveys (around three in a year) to help us understand more about them so we can make their visits more enjoyable if we can. In time we hope to grow our online customer panel and include more interactive elements so we can chat even more with our customers.
