What is the CA Birding Lists Digest?
With more than 30 email lists dedicated to birding in California, it is often difficult to know where to find the latest birding information for the state or a particular region. The Digest was created to help birders find out “what’s going on lately” in the state of CA with a minimum of hassle. The Digest automatically compiles all posts to 31 different CA birding email lists and organizes them by region, by day, and by list. Birders can view the current day’s messages, or browse messages from the last 30 days. Hopefully, this system will allow birders to find information about rare bird sightings and other goings-on in CA in a timely and efficient manner.
