The University of Dayton acknowledges the importance of addressing business ethics and corporate social responsibility in a graduate student’s education. In order to prepare our students to meet the challenges of ethical decision-making in the workplace and to enable developing solutions that display corporate social responsibility, students must complete one business ethics/corporate social responsibility course. Students can complete this requirement by choosing among four courses. These courses include MBA 602B Fraud Examination, MBA 652 Social Responsibility and Ethical Dimensions of Management, MBA 658 Business as a Calling, and MBA 659 The Ethical Foundations of Leadership Special Topics course. Students applying on or after July 1, 2008, will need to fulfill this requirement. The total number of semester hours required following any foundation courses will remain at 30.0 hours.
