What is the business case for diversity?
The simplest way is for an organisation to establish why it is beneficial for the organisation or business. For example, will it improve sales, profit, turnover; will it help us to attract and retain staff better quality staff; can it help to improve innovation and creatively and change for the better the culture of the organisation?As a public body, the Agency’s overwhelming business case is to attract and retain the best employees from the widest available pool of people in order to drive our values to aim for excellence, work in partnership and make a difference in the region by our economic interventions to address market failure.
