WHAT IS THE BUS AND PARA-TRANSIT PROGRAM?
The Bus and Para-Transit Program gives MATC students the opportunity to utilize Madison Metro Bus and Para-Transit Services via a student bus pass. (A similar program is in place at UW – Madison, where students pay $53.76 per semester for bus services.) MATC students, who are enrolled in at least one degree-credit class, are eligible to receive a bus pass. A bus pass allows the student to ride all Madison Metro buses anywhere, anytime, with the exception of Metro Special Event Shuttles. Para-Transit services are also available to eligible students through the Bus Pass Program. Passes are activated & deactivated based on enrollment.
