What is the burst length for full-page burst?
The burst length during full-page burst is the same as the column addresses. For example, in the case of a product with column addresses A0 to A8 (2^9=512), the burst length is 512. In full-page burst operation, when access of the last address ends, the beginning of the page is returned to and access begins a new. This operation is repeated until the burst stop command is input.
