What is the bumper sticker “God isn’t big enough for one religion” implying?

(Caveat: the bumper sticker I see is usually, God is too big to fit in one religion.) I think they mean that no one religion can corner the market on defining God. The Christians know a little bit of what God is like, the Jews know some other parts, the Pagans and Muslims and Hindus etc… all religions have a view of the Divine and a thread of truth runs through them all. The idea is that God is far too big and encompassing, too, for there to be just One True Way. God is for everyone. And God can’t be fit into one little book, one little box on a shelf – God is everything, everywhere. More than one religion can hold.
