The first phase – villas, apartments, marina, links golf course, and various shops, bars and restaurants – is due for completion in June 2006. The complete site, including all 3 golf courses, is forecast to be completed in 2009. At the moment, everything is on schedule. The developers, Fadesa, have a very good reputation for completing projects on time. The contract provides for completion within 21 months of signing.
