What is the Building Materials Reuse Association?
The Building Materials Reuse Association (BMRA) is a non-profit organization that is focused on the use of recycled materials in the construction of new buildings. Its goal is to promote a reduction in the use of resources and to keep the environment clean.GoalsThe BMRA is committed to educating all levels of society about the reuse of recycled materials in the process of new construction. It means to cut down on environmental pollution by decreasing the amount of old material in the landfill and provide new job opportunities for an expanded workforce.Becoming a MemberTo become a member of the BMRA, a $95.00 donation is required as of April 2010.
