This degree qualifies you to begin work as a generalist social worker in the field. Our program is accredited by the Council on Social Work Education. This means it is recognized as a program that meets the highest standards of social work education and guarantees that the BSW degree will be recognized when students apply to graduate school, to further their social work education by obtaining an MSW (Master’s in Social Work) degree.
