: The browning tray is a special accessory for your Flavorwave Oven Turbo. It serves the purpose of browning, or making food crisp by oxidizing. Place the browning tray on the High or Low rack as suggested by the recipes in the cookbook and the Quick Reference Guide of the User’s Guide provided with the Flavorwave Oven Turbo. Do not put directly on the bottom of the Flavorwave Oven Turbo.
