WHAT IS THE BROWNFIELDS REDEVELOPMENT PROGRAM?

0

ABOUT BROWNFIELDS This City Program facilitates redevelopment of brownfields. Phase I and II environmental site assessments (ESAs) are available free for eligible properties. These ESAs are the same type of environmental investigations required by banks as part of most real estate loans. For additional information, contact Shannon Teasley with the City of Houston’s Brownfields Redevelopment Program at 713.837.7978 or shannon.teasley@cityofhouston.net. Limited cleanup grants are also available for qualified non-profit or government brownfield projects.
