What is the brown bag law for tennessee?
The Tennessee Brown Bag Law allows patrons who want whiskey or other harder drinks to bring their own to their favorite club/restaurant and buy setups (soda and ice ). Several Tennessee cities have passed anti Brown Bagging laws and no longer issue permits. Some of the businesses that had permits at the time the laws were passed were allowed to maintain their permit and renew as it expires.
