The UK Songwriting Contest launched in 2002 in association with The BRIT Trust. This is the highly respected organisation behind The BRIT Awards, The BRIT School and The BRIT Studio. The BRIT Trust has provided judging panels for the contest and past winners have been offered unique recording opportunities at The BRIT Studio.
