Whether you chose to reserve your books for pick-up or have them mailed to you, a Penn Bookstore receipt will be included in your package. Be sure to retain your receipt. You can return all textbooks with your receipt for a full refund up until the second week of classes. Fall classes begin on September 5, 2007. The last day for a full refund will be September 21, 2007.
